- Technical issues prevented you from using the Service
Non-Refundable
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase
- You have used 20% or more of your monthly credits
- Free tier (no payment was made)
Credit Usage Threshold
- 0-20% used — Full refund
- 21-50% used — Partial refund (50%)
- 51%+ used — Non-refundable
How to Request
Email support@getthumbai.com with your account email and payment reference. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Account → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
