1. Service Description

GetThumbAI is an AI-powered cover image generator that allows you to generate cover images from text descriptions, reverse-engineer prompts from uploaded images, resize and convert covers for different platforms, and extract cover images from YouTube URLs.

2. Accounts

• Free tier does not require an account
• Paid tiers require an account to manage credits and subscriptions
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy rights
• Generate illegal, pornographic, violent, terrorist, or CSAM content
• Use the Service for deepfakes or impersonation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI models
• Use automated scripts to circumvent rate limits

4. AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated images are provided "as-is"
• We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose
• Generated content may not be unique
• You own the AI-generated images created through the Service
• Paid subscribers may use generated images for commercial purposes

5. Pricing and Payment

• Free: $0, 15 credits (lifetime)
• Pro: $9.99/month, 110 credits/month
• Business: $29.99/month, 330 credits/month
• 1 credit = 1 image generation (any model)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Cancel anytime from Account → Billing

6. Refunds

14-day refund window if credits are substantially unused (>80% remaining). See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
